I. To Add Your Name to the Calendar:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the calendar. You will see the
following:
- Calendar: Add/Edit Options Settings
Click on Add/Edit and enter the password.
Click on Log In.
- You will see on the top of the page all of the dates in the
current month. On the left in yellow it will say View Calendar;
on the far right, you will see the previous and the following
months. For example, if the current month is September, you
will see all the dates listed from left to right. On the far
right you will see the months August & October listed.
Click on the date where you want to enter
your name. If it is in the next month, click on the month
name (on upper right) and then select the date you want
to volunteer.
- Go to the first section with the blue bar titled Existing
Events.
Click on the Edit button opposite the event imformation.
Go to Modify the text for this event: and enter your name next to the number
2. below Kate's name.
Do not make any other changes.
- To Enter in a Reminder email:
Scroll down to the blue bar titled Email Reminders(optional)
Enter the number of days before the event using one of the drop down screens.
Enter your email address.
- Click on Replace Event.
II. To Change the Information in a Previously Created
Entry or to delete your entry:
Click on the Add/Edit at the bottom of the calendar and click
on the date where you want to make a change. You will see
under Existing Events (at the top of the
page) your entry. Click on the Edit Button
and key in your changes or erase your name. When you are finished
be sure to click on the button Replace
Event.
DO NOT Click the Delete button.
BE SURE TO LOG OUT WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED. Go
to the full calendar page (click on View
Calendar), scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Logout,
or close the calendar window.
